I would NOT do this deal on the wipes (better deals out there) but if you do this with the diapers would play out like this:
2 jumbo packs= $17.98- two $1.50/1 coupons ($3/total)= $14.98. You then get $4/off your next visit= $10.98 for both or $5.49/each...OK deal.
